Crockey Hill Caravan Site York is a peaceful site, only 10 minutes from the beautiful City of York and is perfect for a city break in a rural setting. The site is located on a large field with ample space for awnings, surrounded by mature trees and hedges.

Public transport and nearby attractions
There is a bus stop adjacent to the site which is a main bus route into York. The buses run regularly 7 days a week throughout the day and evening so you can visit all of York’s famous tourist attractions, with late buses so you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants on offer.
McArthur Glen Designer Outlet is only a couple of minutes away with a variety of shops and food outlets and is also home to the York Park & Ride.
We have plenty of villages within a 1 – 3 mile radius with lovely local shops and pubs serving home cooked food. There is a farm shop and Cafe just a 2 minute walk from the site.
If you enjoy walking the nearest access to the Public Right of Way Network can be found next to the farm shop and cafe.
For the cyclist there is easy access to Route 65/66 cycle track to York and beyond. You can join the track at nearby Naburn Village.
We are only a 10 minute drive from York Racecourse or alternatively you can walk or catch a bus from the city centre.
This site is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area with easy access to the East Coast, the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales.
